#Krispy has reduced the sizes of our donuts. :(

Oh my God, I felt ripped off. It's the first time I've ever seen anything like this... the dulce de leche-filled donut was empty... Besides the customer service, which I've complained about at this branch before, this has gone too far.

Bad service, the place supposedly closes at 9 and the employees already had everything put away at 8:40 even though there were still 20 minutes to go.

Terrible service. They don't pay attention to orders, and they're not on time to take payment. Honestly, every branch has become a disaster. 0 stars. I don't recommend it.

Today, November 25th, at 7:30 PM, we went into the Krispy Kreme on the hill to buy a box of donuts, but we left without it. When it came time to pay, the girls working there said they didn't have any change and preferred to lose the sale rather than have one of them go out to get change. It gives a very bad impression to have two people working with such little enthusiasm and such inattentiveness. I am a foreigner visiting the country and I would not recommend this establishment.
