I just had to wait 30 minutes to get my shirt. It was due yesterday afternoon. They could not find it. I was late for my meeting this morning so I started yelling. No one seemed to care. Very unprofessional and disrespectful staff. What a shame! This is the most expensive service in Santo Domingo!

We ordered an off-white suit, and they changed the color to beige cream. We provided photos that clearly show the color difference. They refused to take responsibility for their mistake and don't have insurance for these kinds of issues. It's a disgrace.

Horrible service. We took two pairs of shoes in for repair and they ruined them, covered in glue and stains. Then the manager told us that "they arrived like that" and that she checked the security cameras... seriously, 4K security cameras?
