Hello, I don't think my experience has been the same. They say it's a good store, and yes, the service and maybe the sales are good, but when you buy something and want to report a defect in a product under warranty, you go there and they don't even give you a report. They just say they'll call and come to your house to see the item and check it, and eight days go by and they still haven't called. To top it all off, they don't even answer the phone. How awful!

Excellent service, attentiveness, and customer service

I'm a regular customer there, and for a while they gave me terrible service. After that, I wouldn't have gone back... But there's one person who has always given me excellent service... and it was only because of that person's kindness that I went there today to make a cash purchase... It's a good store; I've been a customer for 12 years, and to be honest, I've been surprised by some unfavorable changes... but it's an excellent option for shopping.

They are disrespectful, especially the debt collection and credit department, calling me every Monday about a debt I didn't take out, and they never even called me to add me as a reference. And then they come and speak rudely to me, that stupid, unethical woman.
