The shipping is terrible; you tell them your available delivery times and they send it right when you're not available.

I don't recommend this store because my mother bought a washing machine, two fans, and a dining set from you. She waited about two weeks, and when they finally arrived, they sent her a completely defective dining set. They took it back, and it's been almost three weeks, and she still hasn't received anything. They refuse to refund her money, and the manager offers no explanation. They've lost us as customers.

They sold us a new refrigerator, and it was damaged. They "repaired" it twice, and it was still damaged. We asked for our money back, but they refused. They spoke to us rudely and arrogantly, "Do whatever you want," they told us. In the end, we had to go to Proconsumidor. And after six months, we won the case (because the refrigerator doesn't work) and they refunded our money. Don't waste your time or your money. Life is hard enough without having to fight these people on top of it.

I bought a washing machine and it broke down after a month. I've been chasing them for three months to supposedly send a technician, and nothing. It's supposedly under warranty. I've been without a washing machine for three months when I'm a customer who pays on time and has good credit. Their service is terrible.
