I dont like this Store. There are more employees than customers but the employees behave like little children. They don't help you but sit on the stairs and don't even move out of the way when you want to go through. The prices are very high in this store but the quality is poor. The floor is broken in the store. One day I parked in the parking lot and went across the street to get something to eat. An attendant came and yelled at me to move my car. Honestly, I'll never come back and I'll tell this story to all the gringos in las terrenas. This place is a disgrace to sanchez.

Decent place to buy furniture, Refrigerators, stoves, beds, TVs and similar. Like an appliance and furniture store all rolled into One.

Good selection at good prices

Place has gone down hill, its a rip off refinance everything from China UNLESS you KNOW somehow what your buying, few exceptions, staff lazy and useless, no customers even on Black Friday. Shop all around before you come here. Compare prices, then you will leave also with nothing like me many times.

I am an American from Virginia married to a Dominican lady from Las Terrenas. My wife and I have shopped in the capital and around the Samana peninsula. First, prices. I will compare them to prices In The United States at an appliance store. I paid 30,000 pesos for a mid size freezer. This is a little over 500 US. In the US, the freezer would have been a hundred and fifty less. That being said, the store offered free delivery and setup and a zero interest payment plan stretching the cost over 6 months. They allow payments to be made from other countries by bank draft and, while there are many employees who assist and (most likely) only receive commission, this is indicative of the small amount of other jobs that exist in the area and not of the quality of the business. Because I am an American, I do not consider the prices to be high for value received however, the exchange rate allows a great deal of flexible little for the American or European customer. I have found the staff to be always courteous and professional. I am able to purchase many products here that I could not purchase at that price anywhere else on Hispaniola. I recommend this store unreservedly, particularly for the expat who requires appliances or commercial Resterant equipment.
