My only complaint is that I made my payments by bank transfer, even paying two installments in advance and always keeping up with the others, and they have problems with the transfers. They never go through on the date you make the payment. You absolutely have to make the payment in person at the office for it to go through on time.

It has three levels of pure variety; however, for the few days it was open, the offers didn't feel like offers at all. The prices shown were only for purchases on credit, and to get information about the actual price, you needed assistance from an employee, which was quite difficult given the size of the store and the number of people visiting. Anyone with enough money to buy something here should do so with confidence; they don't have a bad track record, but at that time, the prices of everything were above our expectations. Our benchmark for prices was L&R in San Francisco de Macorís, and the difference is noticeable.

They are well-equipped with household and business equipment. Good prices, and you can also purchase their products on credit.

I do not recommend this place; they have terrible service. This was my first and last purchase 😠

I don't recommend getting financing from this establishment unless you're conveniently located nearby. They consistently have problems with transfers and their customer service is terrible.
