I bought two tires for my vehicle yesterday, October 20th, 2025. When they installed them, one was put on incorrectly, with the "Inside" side facing outwards. I went back the next day to ask them to remove it and install it correctly. I understand this can happen to anyone, but they told me that these types of tires can be installed any way you want. My concern was that there was a humming noise coming from the side of the one they installed incorrectly. I went to a tire shop to pay the difference I had already paid, and they fixed the problem, installing it correctly and eliminating the humming noise. In terms of price and quality, it was quite good, but I prefer to have it installed elsewhere.

The tires are of very good quality and the staff service was excellent.

It was a bad experience for me because they make fake offers. I visited them on Thursday, November 6, 2025, because of a sale they had, and when I arrived they told me the sale had ended. They're so unbelievable that even today, November 7, 2025, at 10:15 pm, they're still sending me the same offers. Before going on Thursday, I called them many times to confirm the offers, but they didn't answer. The excuse they gave me when I was there was that the woman didn't like to answer calls. In conclusion, it's terrible service. And of the tires I was looking for that were on sale, they only had three, each one a different size: 235/70/16.
