This has been the worst experience I've ever had renting chairs. I rented 15 plastic chairs, and from the beginning, the customer service was very satisfactory. To get the chairs, we had to go from one location to another. When I arrived, the staff couldn't find the order. They found the website and then said they hadn't brought the chairs out yet. They gave me some that were there (they said it exactly like, "Give me those, they belong to another customer, but we'll put them out later"). A guy took the chairs to the front, meaning in front of his place. I went to return the chairs when the event was over. When I arrived, the first thing I noticed was that all the staff were having breakfast; no one was there to help. Then they finally helped me reluctantly, saying I had to back in. When I went in, there were two guys sitting around doing nothing. I told them the chairs were there, and they said we had to bring the chairs down ourselves, that they weren't allowed to look for chairs in the front or bring them down, and that they would do it to help us. An event venue that can't help you bring chairs up or take them down on its own premises?! Unbelievable! The worst part was when they asked me where I'd received the chairs, and I told them it was in front of the store. The guy said they should please keep an eye on whoever gave them the chairs so they could give them a warning! So, on top of the inefficiency and the terrible customer service, the person who did a good job placing the chairs in front of the car in front of the store is going to have a "warning" on their record. It took another 10 minutes to get my deposit back, even though I was the only customer in the store. The girl finished eating a cookie, then went out to get the money and came back.
