This place is a sad one. Though I did get the screws I needed, my expectations were much too high. I went in with a customer's side table, the top of which used to be screwed to the base (for the best of me, I can't understand how a table would lose all its screws and the cleaning lady never found even one of them on the floor. A real conundrum). Anyhoo, I put my small table upside down on the counter, expecting the sales lady to get a vernier caliper or some sort of tool to measure the inner diameter of the screw hole. Nah,-nah. It was a blind search of trial and error until she came up with the right one with the right length. At least I found my screws. Not much variety material-wise; another cuatomer came in looking for some brass screws and their respective nut, but they don't carry them. Pricing was fine for my budget, around US $.90 cents for three screws. And service was good intentiona; although I do have a pet peeve of salespersons who hold personal conversations with each other while helping me. Shoot me for being annoyed. All in all it came in 8 cents cheaper cause they didn't have any change to break RD$100 Pesos. Got a tiny discount :)

Very bad service. The lady who answers the phone was on for 10 minutes, I stood there like an invisible man, and in the end she just said NO with her finger.
