Bad experience. After discussing prices at checkout, the owner jumped between me and the salesperson as soon as he heard "dollars." It was my third purchase there: an air conditioner, a TV, and now a sofa. This will also be my last purchase, since the owner charged me a fee. There was no need for this fee, as I had cash in dollars, pesos, and my debit card. He lost the business over a measly $40.00. I will buy the rest of my furniture and appliances somewhere that treats customers professionally. I will also tell my family, friends, and neighbors in Santiago not to buy there. What a shame over $40.00. Good luck; it's bad for businesses to treat people this way.

It's one of the most traditional appliance stores in the city of Santiago de los Caballeros. They have competitive prices compared to other stores. They just need more advertising so that the general public remembers that they've been doing what they do for many years.
