Great service amazing people amazing food clean area very well taken care of. I loved it here and I plan on returning I recommend you to come and spend a great time just as I did. I promise as soon as you step foot in here, you will feel peace and rest very well, just as I did.

Their suite is good a affordable.

Terrible. The day before my arrival, they sent me a pathetic message saying my reservation was canceled because they had rented our room to other people and were going to send us to an apartment who-knows-where. Just like that, without any explanation or a more suitable alternative. They offered no solution just hours before my arrival. Fortunately, Expedia sorted it out and put us up in another hotel because this place did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation. Not recommended at all.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC!! Everything was a disaster!!!! If you're reading this, don't come. I still don't understand the rating it has. Bit by bit: 1- Location: In the middle of nowhere, there's constant noise from the train that passes nearby, and no bars or anything around. It's terribly difficult to connect with the public. 2- Rooms: They're probably the "best" thing about it, but we had the terrible experience of being right next to a generator that wouldn't stop making a terrible noise, and I couldn't sleep at all. Awful!!!!! 3- Service: They're practically clueless… you ask them for something, and they don't even notice. Very, very slow at everything. 4- Pool: A completely filthy pool with no sun loungers. A real pool without sun loungers? I still don't understand. 5- Noisy: Some guests had a party with loud music until 2 a.m., and we went down to complain several times, but they did absolutely nothing to fix it. The guests kept going and no one stopped them. It was impossible to sleep. We asked them first thing in the morning if they would clean the room when we left. They said yes, that it would be perfect when we arrived. We got back at 5 pm and everything was still the same. In short, a disaster!
