I always go there. I was born in Santiago so I go there often to visit my parents. This is by far the best nail and hair place. They always have amazing staff, magnificent service and just a lovely environment. Parking can be a tricky. Early morning appointments are nice because theirs more parking.

Quality has decreased.

I love how they paint, and especially how long the paint lasts. Excellent service, 100% recommended.

It was literally one of the worst salons I've ever been to. First, there was no electricity, and no one wanted to fix it. I got a pedicure, which they did incredibly fast and without any care. The employees were talking really loudly and complaining about everything. At one point, the one doing my nails started shouting, "Can we leave?" because there was no electricity. All of this was happening while I was getting my feet done! 😐😐😐😐 The power magically came back on as soon as we left the salon… Seriously, don't waste your time or money. There are much better places, with better prices.
