In the first few months, they were really great. But now, like almost everything else, the quality is declining. The plantain chips are extremely dry; you can tell they're not fresh. The burger bun was very dry, almost like toast. The bacon used to be super crispy, but now they put it on the burger almost raw. There used to be 10 or more shrimp, but now there are only 5, of course, at the same price. Delivery times are extreme, often over 2 hours, without any warning. But it's not because of the high volume of orders, since if you pick it up yourself, they do it in a matter of minutes. And the delivery guy sits around bored, playing on his cell phone. I think that was the last time I bought anything there. Wow, I just saw that this is my first negative review, which shows how disappointed I am.

When you order delivery it takes a while, but the food doesn't arrive cold. However, if you go to the restaurant, they serve you faster, which makes me think they give you more priority. I loved the food because everything is very fresh and they cook everything to order.

They used to have quality, but now they're just selling for the sake of selling.
