We were looking for an affordable family vehicle. We went the day before yesterday, and he had left half an hour before the time listed on his website. We returned today, and instead of apologizing, he told us he was nearby but couldn't make the trip back. With tremendous arrogance, he finally showed us two vehicles for which he had neither keys nor gas. Despite the vehicles not being properly prepared for sale, he refused to negotiate. This man is arrogant, rude, and not well-prepared to provide customer service. We obviously do not recommend him.
