I absolutely hated the service. To begin with, I ordered hamburgers with mozzarella. The bun was dry, the hamburger was cold and tasteless, and the mozzarella was cold and hard. The service could be much improved. We made the transfer and showed them the confirmation, but they still wouldn't let us in. The only good thing about the place was the wings; after that, nothing. I'M NEVER SETTING FOOT IN THAT PLACE AGAIN 😒
The worst burger I've ever had, with all due respect to whoever made it. It arrived poorly assembled, dry, and the bun seemed stale. I definitely don't recommend it; buy something else.
The place is small, but you can still go in a group. I like the decor. They also have outdoor seating. Regarding the food, I've ordered several times and I like it. Now that I'm writing this review, I ordered what's in the photos. I'm only giving it 4 stars because the fries, which are usually so easy to make and delicious, weren't crispy this time and were soaked in oil; it seemed like the oil had cooled down. A suggestion for the bacon: fry it longer because it was almost raw and very greasy. The crispier it is on the burger, the better. The chicken was delicious. As for the other dishes I've ordered from this place, they've been very good, especially their ground beef with fries and cheese. I would definitely order from this place again. So I recommend it. Today's experience, I think, was just an exception since I've ordered before.
They ruined my memory of "La Kasita". That burger couldn't have been drier, colder, or worse, and those cheese sticks were covered in flour 😒
The place is very nice, the food is very good as in their other branches, and I loved the decor; it's like a vintage style.
