It's beautiful. Had an ocean front room in the platinum section. Well worth it. Service is good. Everyone very friendly

We’ve just went to the shop and we’ve been waiting for him 1:30 min. Every 15 min people called him and he said he will come in 5 min. The working time on the door says he opens at 9:30. 1 hour and a half later he is not in the shop. On the last call he said he will come in 20 min. We’ve decide not wait for him no more because it is not serious and we spend money on private taxi to go and buy something from the shop.

La Perla Dominicana is a really nice cigar factory and cigar shop, you can take a tour of the factory and watch the different stages of the cigar making process while sampling the cigars. Everyone is very friendly and eager to explain the various stages of making a cigar.
