The service is really good: they wash and iron clothes well, and delivery times are usually reasonable. However, there's something I find very concerning, and I think customers should be aware of it. The invoices always include ITBIS (VAT), but when you request a tax receipt and provide your RNC (tax ID) to report it as a business expense, they tell you they "don't have an RNC available" and proceed to remove the ITBIS from the invoice. In other words, if you don't say anything, they charge you normally, but when you request a tax receipt, they simply remove the tax. I've been using the service for months, and they've never given me a tax receipt, even though the invoices initially include ITBIS. I understand that this could be used for tax evasion, and it's a very serious issue that I believe should be taken very seriously.
