I have been eating chimis from this location for over 35 years and they never disappoint. There are about 4-5 Chimi vendors on this corner, but I've always been partial and loyal to El Colorao. Service is excellent and food is always great. If you can, it's better to show up as close to 6PM (opening time) as possible before they get really busy.
