In this plaza, I visited the gym on the second floor, which was very good, by the way, and my trainer was the best. However, it's in a location where environmental authorities or Coraasan (the water company) should intervene; I don't know who's responsible. But the drain must be broken because sewage is running all over the street, and the smell is so strong it's truly impossible to breathe normally.
