Good CHICKEN
Unbelievable! My husband's aunt bought two chickens today to bring to my house for a family lunch, and they turned out rotten. They smelled so bad my husband even vomited. She also bought three rice dishes, and they were mushy, smelly, and seemed reheated. What a waste of money! We threw everything away. Anyway, I had to cook. The time I should have spent with my family had to be used for cooking... My God, please be more careful and don't sell things that are no good. What's no good should be thrown away. The chicken looks fresh, but it smells and tastes terrible, like it's four or five days old and wasn't refrigerated. Here's a picture of some of the rotten chicken.
I just received my delivery using the Uber Eats "Pa'mi Visita" combo, which includes 8 pieces of chicken, 1 serving of fries, and a 1.25-liter soda. First, you need to check and verify what you're selling to customers. The meat they brought me seemed to be mixed together. Two of the pieces had a very strong rotten smell and even a disgusting taste. CHECK WHAT YOU SELL TO CUSTOMERS. Second, the fries seemed to have been in the refrigerator for two days and were only heated for about 20 seconds. They were extremely hard, extremely cold, and inedible. YOU NEED TO SELL FRESHER FRIES, FRY THEM TO GO, NOT TO STORE THEM AND SELL THEM COLD. Third, as you can see on my receipt, it specifies that the soda is Merengue, but they sent me Coca-Cola. I drink very little Coca-Cola. READ THE INVOICE DETAILS 4th. It's unacceptable that a fast-food restaurant like yours takes approximately 1.5 hours. Of that time, 1 hour and 15 minutes were spent just packaging the product. Then, after marking it as ready for pickup, it takes another 30 minutes to hand it over to the delivery person to send me this mess. 5th. I had to call the store and ask what was happening with my order. It's been over an hour, and my fried chicken order still hasn't been delivered. Your response was, "Oh, we told the delivery guy that the fried chicken was already hot, and we said we'd fry more pieces so he could bring you a hot one." I have to say, I would have preferred it hot, unlike some of the pieces I tried. Please take this as feedback to help you improve. But things like this aren't acceptable. This is the second time I've bought from your branch here in Los Alcarrizos, and I don't think I'll be buying from you again. You need to improve, or you'll lose many customers who might not say anything but will stop buying from you. Blessings!
