Terrible service. I took my blue pitbull, who was infected with anaplasmosis, and they didn't know how to administer the correct treatment. My dog ​​died because of them. To administer the correct amount of antibiotics, they should have weighed her, but they didn't. They didn't prescribe anything for her immune system. They told me to give her everything at once, including a gastric protector, which wasn't possible. First, the pill should be administered separately for better effectiveness, and second, the gastric protector was unnecessary, especially since my dog ​​was eating. The doxycycline dose wasn't correct either, as it's determined by the dog's weight, and as I said, they never weighed her. I would never advise anyone to take their dog there unless they want it dead.

She was cold and unfriendly, only answering my question and never making eye contact with me or my beautiful child, whom I had brought along to ask about his illness. I recommend you better train your employees; it's important to find friendly and helpful staff when you go somewhere. Also, WhatsApp's service is terrible; they take forever to respond.
