Great
Dear Sirs, I feel compelled to express my profound displeasure with a situation I have witnessed twice recently near my residence, and which likely occurs frequently in other areas: every time your company sends personnel to make deliveries or perform work, they completely obstruct the street, blocking traffic and affecting everyone who needs to get around. This type of behavior is unacceptable. It not only causes inconvenience but also demonstrates a lack of respect for public space and the community. I demand that you take immediate steps to correct this practice. It is your company's responsibility to ensure that your operations do not disrupt the free flow of traffic or affect the daily lives of others. Please coordinate with your personnel or suppliers to ensure they have a suitable place to unload or work without completely blocking the road.
I've been a customer for over six years with three companies and a significant volume of purchases. They held up an order for RD$1,500, an amount that arose due to a shipping error on their part. It's not about the money, it's about business practices. Loyalty should be reciprocal.
Excellent service and good prices, I recommend it.
I am pleased with the speed of order delivery and the friendliness and excellent service of the staff who respond to inquiries by phone and in person. I now suggest that this company should make a price list of all its products available to internet users. I believe this would save your staff a great deal of time. Thank you in advance for your consideration of this suggestion.
