This spot is a gem. The food was excellent. We had a type of stewed pork shoulder in white sauce with apples in it. I’m not Dominican but eating here I felt the soul of Dominican cooking come alive. I also enjoyed the fried yuca sticks with a type of Pico salsa on top. It was a nice no stress atmosphere on a Sunday afternoon.
This spot have typical Dominican food. Went there for lunch and the food was excellent, the portions were big and the place was clean and with good service. Very good place, definitely will go back.
The food was excellent and the waiters were very nice, but there were no prices on the menu and they couldn't tell us the price of what we ordered, we wanted 2 plates and we asked and double checked that what we ordered was included on the 2 dishes but in the end they put it as we ordered one extra thing and charged us for 3 plates instead of 2.
The service is very slow, the waiter brought the food with the missing salad, the salad came 5 minutes later, also with the beer at the end I received the drink. Even paying the service is very slow.
Great food and Services
