Very disappointed!! I purchased a ring online after being in the Dominican Republic and not finding a larimar ring that I liked there. The ring was beautiful but about a month after I got it, the larimar fell out of the ring! I reached out to the company via email twice... didn't hear anything... then I messaged them on Instagram and FINALLY heard back about a month later. They told me to message their customer service WhatsApp, which I did... they were responsive at first then basically ghosted me. I followed up and they said I would have to pay to replace the stone in the ring which is just silly because I could just buy a whole new ring? I loved the ring and am not willing to buy another (or pay to replace the stone) after this awful customer service.

Great place Wonderfull service. My wife and I are from Maine and we were recommended to come here. The owners were so professional and offered great service. We will be back when we vacation here next year.
