I bought an inverter from them many years ago and had it repaired there a couple of years later. I was very happy with the service both times. I recently wanted to exchange the inverter for a newer smaller model. They would not even give me an offer to take my old inverter which has their name on it. They said they were not interested. I took my business elsewhere. I have recommended many people to that place but now they will also go somewhere else.
