My sister and I stayed 4 nights and couldn’t have asked for more. The houses are basic but comfortable and quiet. The grounds are stunning. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
This is a very quiet residence with individual houses very well maintained. 100m from the beach, 300m from Punta Popy, The résidence will be excellent for family. No swimming pool because this is an eco residence giving more place for the nature We can do barbecue . I like it very much.
I stayed with my husband for 2 weeks at the end of April in Las Palmas Eco Residence and we were very happy with the choice. The location is amazing, with beautiful tiny houses spread in an excelent maintained lush tropical garden. As soon as you step out of the property, in max 50 steps you are on the beach. We stayed in a house that had A/C in one of the bedrooms but to rent the remote was extra $ per day so we chose to use the fans only. It was okish, especially after midnight when it was cooling off in general. The staff is exceptional, very friendly and knowledgeable and the location is very safe with 24hrs gate supervision. The kitchen is a bit outdated but it is clean and it has the minimum required to cook. The only area for improvement in my opinion would be parking. We rented a very small car and we were able to fit it along the exterior wall of the property but if you have a larger car this might become an issue. A more organized car parking I feel it would be beneficial. Overall the location is amazing, offering a quiet oasis in the middle of the agitate dominican life and we would definitely consider it when we will return to Las Terrenas.
We stayed here for 5 nights and loved it here. It's very centrally located, close to the beach and good restaurants on both sides on the town. The centre is near by. You can park outside on the street, it is well lit and there is security at night. Staff is super friendly, helpful and smiling allways. It's a green and calm Oasis with lots of beautiful plants. The garden is very well maintained. The appartements are basic and outdated but really have their charm and great vibe. You have all you need. We did not have AC and didn't need it with the fans. Every few days they come clean. For 100 peso you can buy a huge barrel of water. Beds were quite hard but fine. The kitchen is not super well equipped for cooking and has a very low kitchen counter. We always eat outside anyway. Mainly loved the porch with the 2 swing chairs. If you love a calm place in green we can highly recommend!
A calm oasis in an otherwise busy beachtown. Stayed here for a few days and were very happy with the place and immediate surroundings. Highlights: - a ton of beautiful nature (trees, birds, flowers) inside the area - private bungalows (2 stories) with everything you need - short walking distance to the beach and city center - very affordable and probably a good family choice (plenty of space inside)
