My mother will file the corresponding complaint because she was the one who sent it, but personally I can say "TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE." They stole my perfumes, creams, and clothes. They went to the trouble of looting three boxes, and from those three, they took my things. I expect a response to this complaint, and I want my perfumes and creams back.

My name is Patricia Ramos (I work at this institution). My experience with you has been terrible because I live in Moca and it takes more than a month to deliver the box, and when it finally arrives I have to go pick it up myself. Now, in September, they sent me a box and it still hasn't arrived.

The worst service ever!!!! I sent my package a month and a half ago and it still hasn't arrived!! I've been calling for two weeks and they keep giving me the same story: that the package is already in the country and that I should wait a couple of days for them to deliver it, and still nothing!! I will never ship with this agency again!

Terrible service. I've been waiting a month and a half for a box and all they keep saying is "next week." If you don't have the package in hand, you shouldn't say "this week," "Friday," or "next week." Get your act together! This is the last time my family and I will use your services. 👎

DEFINITELY, AMONG SO MANY SHIPPING COMPANIES, THIS COMPANY WINS IT ALL. CUSTOMER SERVICE, ESPECIALLY IN DELIVERY, UP TO 17-20 DAYS.
