These laundromats start out great, washing clothes well at first, but once they get a lot of customers, they cut down on washing time to do more laundry in less time, leaving clothes dirty and smelly, or using artificial fragrances to mask the poor cleaning. That's what happened to them; I'm not wasting my money anymore. Zero attention to detail; if some items are inside out, they "wash" them that way. Now they even treat you badly. When the business is new, they greet you with a smile, but once they start making a small profit, they stop caring about customer service. I ended up buying my own automatic washing machine so I wouldn't waste my money on this kind of business where the customer always loses.
The service has deteriorated considerably. I used to bring my clothes weekly until I started to find them dirty and smelling strange.
