A while back I brought in a white dress for dry cleaning It came back with a sort of small rusty stain on it. I was puzzled and thought I had just not seen it before bringing it to the cleaners. However, llast weekend I brought in a few white tops to be washed and sure enough one of them has a rusty stain on it. And this time I am positive the shirt did not have one stain on it. Plus the shirts did not look very crisp after they had washed them. Added to that, I had brought in a gown with delicate straps that I had just had put in. When the gown came back the straps were broken ( and they said nothing, not sorry this happened or anything). Again I figured maybe the seamstress did not secure them well enough. But at this point there is no going around it, they have not been very careful with my clothes. Soooo, I will not be using them anymore.
