It's unacceptable that they close the Megacentro store at noon and open it at 2 pm, because that's the only time people have to drop off their clothes. And even when the employees are inside, they ignore you because it's closed at midday—a business that should be open. This way, they'll only lose customers, like me and my whole family.

I give it 5 stars because they have excellent service.
