I came there and was speaking with one lady. I suggested that price is little bit higher and she send me to other laundry where they count for kg. Like this I saved 150 Pesos. Very nice from her. I don't get the other comments here telling about bad attitude. Quite probably written by arrogant Americans who don't respect other countries and speak just English. If you have only few items go to this laundry. If you have more go to the other.
I love this place and I want to marry it so it can come home to the states with me and my laundry will be amazingly clean and fresh as well taken care of for its entire life including my wool shirts and socks. My Spanish is no good so suffice to say I was nervous leaving a bunch of wool socks and shirts in a foreign country for cleansing... because I’m sure they’re like why is this dude wearing wool in the summer and I’m DEFINITELY not at the point where I can explain wil’s superior wicking properties in Spanish. They came out so good though, exactly as I requested.
They were not very friendly. The time needed was 2.5 days. It also appears a little expensive for a country where labour should be very cheap. T-shirt $1.50 the piece. Ask prices before place ur order.
Very good service.
As for the work they do, they are very professional, but in relation to customer service they need to review themselves; it is not possible that the person who receives the customers is someone who, due to their unpleasant manner, would be better off not showing themselves to the public.
