They lost my best friend’s $400 US chacabana and did not take responsibility for it. Very disappointing experience.

After waiting almost a week, my clothes will have been at the laundromat for a week the day after tomorrow. Now they're telling me there's no signal at the entrance to my location, which isn't what they said when I dropped them off. They said they would deliver my clothes, and now, after waiting so long, they're telling me they won't deliver them. You have to be responsible and keep your word. I've never had such a horrible experience at a laundromat in my life. The worst experience I've ever had. I thought you were responsible, but no, thank you very much for that unforgettable experience.
