well let's just begin the the poor customer service this people provide ,they told me that my clothes were going to be delivered on a Friday by 5pm.....when I called the same day to verify the delivery they changed history and told me that my clothes were going to be delivered the next day Saturday and I ended up getting my clothes almost around 1pm Saturday and to make matters worse I was missing 2 pieces and they send a wrong item. this just my personal opinion and I will never ever use the service. the Worse.

Very disappointed. Despite bringing my own neutral detergent and explaining my allergies to fragrances and fabric softener, the clothes came out smelling strongly of fabric softener. I would have appreciated it if they had been more honest and told me from the beginning that they couldn't make an exception for me, so I could have found another place that would understand. Now I'm short on time and I don't know if I'll be able to find another place or if I'll have to risk washing them myself.

Terrible service. My laundry wasn't ready on the day they said it would be, and to top it all off, they told me it hadn't even been ironed yet. It was a complete disaster. Plus, the price is way too high for such a bad experience. This is definitely the last time I'll ever use this laundromat.

Excellent service, clothes were well cared for and ironed! I loved it!
