This laundromat is the worst laundry service I've ever experienced. We dropped off our clothes, and only half of them arrived. Furthermore, they never offered us a refund or to take the clothes they had lost. To make matters worse, they told us a day to pick them up, but they weren't there. The hours aren't what's listed on the website. Also, the clothes we did pick up had a strange, damp smell. In other words, it should be called "European Laundry That Stains Clothes!" or "European Laundry That Ruins Clothes..."
