Quick and efficient

I had a problem with a jacket that arrived missing a button. When I complained, they wasted time because the tailor wasn't there. By the time I returned, they had replaced all the buttons with school uniform buttons, ruining the jacket's appearance. The person who responded implied that we had brought it in like that to have the buttons added—very distasteful and disrespectful. Nobody should have to steal a few pesos. Very poor service; I don't recommend them.

Great prices on services and fast turnaround time! I sent a long formal dress to be ironed and it was ready in just 15 minutes! Fantastic! 👏🏼

The worst: 1. Expensive. I think they're the most expensive on Independencia. 2. They don't deliver on the indicated date; you arrive and it's a waste of a trip. Not recommended.
