Friendly service.

Horrible. First and last time; they take forever, don't deliver everything, and can't explain when the rest will be ready. I had to chase them down for answers. It's better to pay a little more somewhere else and receive your order on time and properly organized. I'll never go back there; I absolutely do not recommend them.

Excellent service and attention. The three-star rating is due to the reception area being a bit cramped. However, it deserves its four stars 🌟. Don't hesitate to try this laundry and ironing service.

Terrible customer service. 0 for communication, 0 for tact, and 0 for anything related to customer service. Bad on my part for giving it more than one chance, but the third time's the charm. And then there are businesses that wonder why things are going so poorly for them...
