On Wednesday, October 18th, I took two dresses in for cleaning, and the delivery date was supposed to be Friday the 20th at noon. I went there at 4 pm, and the dresses weren't at the Juan Bosch branch but at the Prado Oriental branch. They made up excuses, saying they would send someone to pick them up, but then later that the motor had broken down and they would be back today, Saturday the 21st, at 8 am. It's now 5:26 pm, and the dresses still haven't arrived. Nobody knows anything, nobody is taking responsibility. First and last time I go to such a business.
