Don't go there if you need just a regular laundry - it charges per item, like a drycleaner, not per weight. My small load ended up costing 4-8 times more than it would at a regular laundry.

I have always used this cleaning service, I guess I'm a loyal customer. If it can't get cleaned they will tell you. And if it got damaged they will kind of respond off it according to the policies they have.
