Don't go to this laundromat! I went to this laundromat to have a shirt washed and ironed. When I arrived in the parking lot, I received a call from work, which took quite a while, but I had to answer it. When I went inside to drop off my shirt, the woman who helped me complained about me using her parking space. I explained that it wasn't intentional that I had received a work call right when I arrived, and it went on for a long time because it was a meeting. She complained and told me that I couldn't park in her lot for so long because I was blocking her customers. I told her I understood, but that very few cars had arrived during the time I was there, and I understood that she wasn't blocking anyone. Anyway, she continued with her bad attitude, complaining and saying things like, "I apologize," but she still persisted, even speaking to me in a derogatory manner and implying that the garment I brought in was very dirty. So I decided to take my garment and find another laundromat. Because of her disrespect, perhaps it was wrong of me to stay in her parking lot for an extended period, but I understand that it didn't affect her in any way, and I apologized accordingly. That wasn't the right way to treat a new customer who didn't know who I was or the benefits I could receive if she at least gave me decent service.

At first, everything was always great, they were very attentive. I took all my clothes there in large quantities, and then they started disappearing. Every time I went, I saw less and less. They stole about seven shirts and three polo shirts. I called to see if they could find them, but they never showed up. It's a shame, but it's not the lady in front, it's the thieves who work there.

My favorite laundromat. Exceptional service and good prices. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It has its own parking lot, a convenient location, and home delivery if needed.

The worst service I've ever seen. They damage the clothes and wash them like they're doing laundry at home with cheap detergents. It seems like they have barbed wire in their laundering equipment because they leave rust on the clothes. Terrible customer service, terrible laundry service, and poor quality all around.

Terrible service; those ladies are always in a terrible mood. Completely inefficient. As a customer, I've visited twice and I can't say I liked it. AWFUL SERVICE.
