They didn’t gave all my clothing back all my beach shorts lost and I had to re buy them for my next trip. Just awful

Good location, it's a shame the person in charge is so boring, especially the manager. How is it possible that such a disrespectful person is in charge of this business? Just like the cashier (the dark-skinned one), they have no tact or respect. I felt like I was going to a corner store to wash and iron my clothes.

Their customer service is terrible. The owner doesn't seem to care about his business. If you call after 4:00 pm, the employees pretend they can't hear you and hang up. I went past the laundromat and they were there with their phones in their hands—it was ridiculous.

La verdad esperaba que fueran mejores, llevé ropa blanca, para blanquear y quitar manchas, y solo lavaron y plancharon. 👎🏼 Mal servicio, mala calidad, no recomiendo a nadie ir allí.
