At the Bravo Express dry cleaners near Ciudad Real II, they swapped one of our guayabera shirts, and the manager denies that the swap ever happened. She arrogantly claims that a size S guayabera is ours, even though they took two size L guayaberas to be washed. Her supposedly infallible and fantastic system has upset a couple of customers, but all that matters is her arrogance and poor service. I, for one, will never take my clothes there again.

The last three times we've used their services, it's embarrassing how badly they iron shirts, sometimes with three edges, wrinkled, etc.

Good and fast service, they have an express ironing service in 15 minutes
