They lost my new suit, after months we traced it back ourselves in the store and we found the suit with small chemical burned holes in it, the store does not want to resolve anything, not recommended.

This place is not recommended. The service is terrible and they are irresponsible. They don't have professional tailors and they blame the customer. I have to throw away a new pair of jeans because of their shoddy work. A disaster.

I took a coat to be cleaned; they told me they could remove some water stains, but they returned it to me exactly as I brought it in. To top it all off, the service was terrible; the young woman told me, "You didn't read the receipt, there's no claim..." I washed it as soon as I got home, and, lo and behold... the stains disappeared!

They're slow with deliveries; they tell you one day and then it's not ready. The service is terrible; they act like you're asking for a favor. This business is going to go bankrupt soon because of their mismanagement. They don't respect their customers.

Poor service, lack of empathy, and irresponsible. The day I dropped off several items for washing and drying, I received terrible service. When I went to pick them up a day after the agreed-upon time, one of the items still wasn't ready, and I had to wait more than 30 minutes at the counter. I do not recommend them; this is the first and last time I will use their services.
