I went there for the first time to drop off some items since I live in the area. I entered the store, said good morning, and it was as if I were a ghost; she didn't even bother to return the greeting. Then, I mustered up my patience and waited for a gentleman who had a few items and was taking longer than usual. Seeing that 10 minutes had passed and the woman hadn't even bothered to look at me, apologize for the delay, or let me know she'd be with me shortly, I politely asked if it would be much longer. She gave me the most outrageous response you'd expect from someone working in customer service. She replied, "Can't you see there's someone ahead of you?" I didn't say anything and left. I don't usually leave reviews, but I couldn't let this one go unnoticed.
I brought in a dress and clearly specified that I only wanted it slightly altered. Five days later, the dress looked like it had been altered by an amateur. Furthermore, they told me to come back because it would be "available at 7:30." I arrived at the scheduled time, and it wasn't ready. The customer service representative was incredibly rude and treated us terribly. When they finally delivered the dress, they immediately ironed it, almost as if to prevent me from trying it on and noticing the mistake. When I tried it on, the same representative made offensive comments about my body and the dress, and the alteration was even worse than before. For how expensive the service is, the work is extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend this place: terrible customer service, lack of punctuality, and total irresponsibility.
They open at 7:30 and even at 8:20 they're still balancing the till and preparing or organizing things. The service is incredibly slow and inefficient. This is the second time I've used them and nothing has changed. I'll have to find another laundromat, even though it's farther away.
It was humiliating… I think of all the customers they've had, I've been the most understanding, but it's not fair that I was good to them and they didn't even treat me the same way. The only two who are any good are the cashiers who tried to mediate the situation between the seamstress and me… (the seamstress became hostile and wouldn't even let me speak, as if she were paying me…)
There's a very unfriendly sales assistant here; I've switched laundromats. She doesn't even say good morning.
