Greetings! I took a small rug to these people, they charged me 1,700 pesos, and they didn't do anything to it. It took almost a week to deliver it, and it still came back dirty. They're thieves! I went to the branch in the Jumbo San Isidro parking lot… ❌👎🏽

The staff are very helpful. They are empathetic and proactive if you have any issues with the clothing you're wearing or looking for.

The service is fast and the staff is good, but for clothing alterations the prices are high; sometimes it's not worth it because the alteration costs half the price of the clothing.
