The staff is talented and technically skilled. However, the service is terrible; there's no coordination in how services are provided. You can see up to six or seven employees walking around in all directions inside the establishment while four customers sit unattended. When you let them know that the result doesn't match the instructions provided from the beginning and repeated throughout the process, their feedback is justified by claiming that what they did was better than what you requested. I'm telling you, the level of service is appalling, and not in a good way, unfortunately. Seriously, try to improve.

I had my hair cut by Maria Heredia. The staff is friendly, but I wasn't satisfied with the cut. She left me like that without asking how I felt or trying to help me. They just wanted me to agree that the cut was good and beautiful. It wasn't the result I wanted. The wash and service were fine. They didn't treat me badly, but I was disappointed with the cut. It felt like she was impatient and didn't care about making a client look beautiful.
