It was a lovely idea to personalize the bracelet with my children's names… but when I received it, the Leika brand name was engraved right alongside the family names, making it look like it was part of the dedication. This poorly thought-out detail detracts from the emotional significance of the product. Unfortunately, the store and the owner showed no willingness to resolve the issue and were quite insensitive. I recommend keeping this in mind before placing your order.
