I had heard of Liberty Express and decided to ship with them to Venezuela. However, their customer service is quite poor, if not downright awful. They should have someone with good interpersonal skills. For the delivery of three boxes, even though the establishment was empty, Mr. Patience took over 50 minutes to even process my order. You can't waste customers' time. He was rather rude and seemed not to care about anything. I urge Liberty to evaluate these types of employees, who don't contribute to the company; they only detract from it. Good morning.
