Probably the fastest courier in Santiago, and probably the cheapest pounds. The checkout guy could seem like a boring, serious and unfriendly person because of how he talks and looks at you, but he does have interest in doing his work, don't pay attention to his weak tone of voice! Definitely a great courier!

The best courier customer service I've ever had. The person who answers WhatsApp is always very helpful, and the lady who delivers the packages has an excellent attitude, always smiling and saying good morning. Excellent!!! Edited: The day after posting my review, I found out they're discontinuing home delivery :( With a heavy heart, I'll have to go back to Domex until I find another courier with good customer service like Liberty and home delivery.

Don't use this courier service for home delivery. I contacted them to have some packages delivered to my house, and they were rude and even told me they couldn't deliver them. I will never use this courier service again; their customer service is terrible.
