Metal benches prove they do not care about patient's well-being. McDonalds has more comfortable chairs. The metro has more comfortable chairs.
it's a money grab. the doctor makes you spend an hour telling you what his job description and what you went for is. and will not treat you otherwise. also the actual alignments are a joke. they use a table with a built in sound maker so it sounds like they're doing something when all they did was hit the switch. i went there for back pain, had to do xrays and other things that were never used. honestly find another place to go
Mission Life cares for his patients, I was treated by Dr. Nalda and Dr. Pham. Two great guys who really cares about your health and recovery, you wont be disappointed. I just got back from the States and my first place is Mission Life. I just made my appointment to see Dr. Pham for my adjustments.
Terrible experience at this center. I went with my fiancé for a lumbar adjustment, and after the consultation (where the reason for the visit was clearly specified, as was the form), the doctor proceeded to make the adjustments. However, he didn't perform a localized adjustment to the problem area. When my fiancé (the patient) tried to inform the doctor so he could make that specific adjustment or ask for his opinion, the doctor responded defensively and unprofessionally. Furthermore, when we informed the staff about the problem, they offered no solutions to improve the experience. They simply showed us the video of the doctor making the adjustments, which clearly shows that he didn't adjust the area the patient actually needed. I do not recommend this center; it was a very bad experience.
A disappointing and frustrating experience. I had an appointment at the Millón branch at 3:00 p.m., arrived on time, and after waiting for more than three hours, left without being seen. The most alarming thing is the complete inefficiency of the appointment system: what's the point if appointments aren't honored? The worst part was the treatment I received. The receptionists displayed an arrogant and unprofessional attitude, especially a young woman in a cream-colored uniform who, instead of offering solutions, was hostile and overbearing. I saw them skipping appointments without any justification. Besides the wasted time, it's unacceptable to pay for a service you don't even receive. This kind of mistreatment cannot continue. I absolutely do not recommend it.
