They charge you a fee to see if they can do a service like a hair color and it’s $1000 pesos , which they say will deduct and they then stated they cannot do the haircolor after scheduled appointment because after they reviewed hair again they said it can’t do coloring meanwhile they reuse to return fee they charged previously and on top of that to wash and trim they charged previously an additional $1200 pesos. I requested a refund and they refused . Beware of this location

Horrible horrible experience here. My cousin and me came here to get a full brazilian. According to whom whoever replies on WhatsApp they provide that service. The lady who does the wax not sure what her name is burned my cousin and my entire private area, leaving us with chucks of hair, a waste of money and time. Please do not go here, search around the area of Santiago. They are many options.
